Intelligence

Intelligence rolls in SURGE! encompasses much of how well a character can learn, perceive, make decisions, calculate, and cast magic.

In addition, for every two levels (points) in Intelligence, the casting cost for all spells is reduced by 1 action.  There will always be at least 1 action to cast a spell, even if the casting time drops to 0 (zero).
