A creature that has gained the Frozen condition is unable to take any actions or speak during their turn. They are completely incapacitated and inert, but not dead. Taking lethal damage while Frozen shatter the creature or object with no chance of revival.
While under the Frozen condition, every foot of movement that the creature endures involuntarily results in 1 Physical Damage. For example, a frozen character is moved two squares on a tactical map (10 ft.), and so 10 points of Physical Damage is taken. In addition, at the beginning of every turn under this condition, the afflicted creature takes 1d6 Physical Damage until the condition is removed.
Remedies
Placing a heat source (within reason; a torch would work, but a tea candle would not) within 5 ft. of the creature affected by the Frozen status will thaw the creature at the beginning of its next turn. In this case, no damage is assessed at the beginning of its turn under the Frozen condition, but the creature still maintains the Chilled Status Effect.
