Unconscious

A creature that has gained the Unconscious condition falls Prone, is unaware of its surroundings, is incapable of taking any action or speaking, and automatically fails all rolled   challenges.

  Remedies

Another creature may attempt a Medicine challenge roll, at the DR difficulty of the GM’s choosing. Spells or abilities that remove conditions may be used to remove this condition if the creature has more than 0 HP. If the afflicted creature is in Death Saving Throws (see Death & Dying), then a healing item or spell from the Spell of Mending may be used to heal the creature and remove the condition.
