The caster targets a willing creature they can see. They then physically trade places with the target and transfer their unspent actions to it.  The creature can now use the remainder of the caster’s turn with whatever actions remain from the caster's turn.  If no actions remain after casting the spell, then all that occurs is that the target and caster trade physical places.
