The caster creates a rift in time and space near a targeted creature they can see. The creature must make a contested Intelligence roll. On failure, it is pulled into the rift and is trapped.
At the beginning of each turn, the creature may attempt a contested Intelligence roll to escape. On success, it is freed and takes no damage. On failure, the caster makes another Intelligence roll. The creature takes 3x the dice total in damage and can take no actions.
While the creature is trapped, no condition or status changes can be made.
This spell lasts for 1 minute or until the caster loses Focus - whichever happens first.
If the attack fails, the caster is pushed back 20 feet, knocked prone, and takes the Intelligence roll in magical damage.
