Casting Time: 9 actions
Range: 20ft cube (within 50ft of caster)
The caster creates a cloud of infection in the targeted area. All creatures in range must make contested Mystic rolls. If the caster wins the contest, targets may roll a contested Strength roll against the caster's roll (Mystic roll + Intelligence Level) to overcome the poison. On a failure, targets must roll on the Poisoned condition table, are infected and considered “Contagious”. At the end of each turn, it can make a contested Strength roll against the caster’s Mystic roll to negate the poison with physical endurance.
Any creature that comes within 5ft of a Contagious creature must make a contested Mystic roll against the caster's initial Mystic roll. If the caster's roll is higher, the creature must roll on the Poisoned condition table and is now Contagious. At the end of each turn, the creature can make a contested Strength roll against the caster’s Mystic roll to overcome the spell. Until a successful Strength roll is made, an item cures the poison, or a spell cures the Poisoned condition, the creature rolls from the Poisoned Type table and gains additional effects for each new poison type rolled. If the creature rolls the same poison type, the effect remains but does not stack.
The spell ends immediately after casting, but all effects and Contagious conditions remain until cured.
If all targets are immune to being Poisoned, the spell automatically fails.
