The caster explodes and emits a wave of semi-controlled flames. Unless the caster chooses to miss them, all creatures caught in the spell must make a contested Dexterity roll against the caster’s Mystic roll. On success, the creature takes only half damage and, unless Flame Resistant, is now Burning. On failure, the caster makes another Mystic roll. The creature is now Burning, takes 3x the dice total in magical damage.
The ground is forever scorched, and all flammable objects in the targeted area are immediately set on fire and destroyed.
