Intimidation

Intimidation using fear against other characters to promote either action or inaction. At the GM’s discretion, Intimidation attempts against NPCs are handled either by contested Charisma rolls or rolling against the DR Chart. Intimidation attempts against other players are handled by rolling either contested Charisma rolls or other applicable attributes as needed.  How that is reconciled is at the discretion of the GM.

Intimidations rolls are modified by adding the Menace score to the roll.
