Wet

A creature that gains the Wet condition is incapable of gaining the Burning Status Effect, even if the creature has already gained the Flammable condition. A character that gains the Chilled Status Effect while Wet automatically gains the  Frozen condition.

  Remedies

It takes 1 hour to dry completely or by placing a heat source within 5 ft. of the afflicted creature for ten minutes. The condition may be removed faster at the GM's discretion if the heat source provides the justification to do so.
