General Description

Must be wearing a Kevlar Vest to don a Kevlar Plate. Each Kevlar Plate negates the damage of one ranged physical weapon attack. An action may be used to swap out used Kevlar Plates with ones in the wearer’s inventory. Requires an Alchemist Kit to craft.
