The caster focuses on a creature target and magically reads its true intent.  The creature must make a contested Mystic rolls against the caster, and the caster may add their Charisma score to their roll.  If the target succeeds the contested roll, the spell fails, and the creature is aware of the attempt.  If the target fails the contested roll, the caster can add their Intelligence score to any Charisma rolls made against that creature for the next minute.
