Allows the caster to hurl large globules of water up to 20 feet away. All targets in range must make a contested Dexterity roll against the caster’s Mystic roll. Targets that succeed the contested roll are unaffected by the spell. For any target that fails the contested roll, it gains the Wet condition. This spell can douse any small flame, no larger than a targeted 5ft cube up to 20 ft. away.
