Any targets that succeed in the contested roll are forced back 20ft, take half damage, and are Blinded and Stunned until the end of their next turn. For targets that fail the contested roll, the caster makes another Mystic roll. The creature is forced back 20ft, takes 3x the dice total in Magical Damage, and is knocked Unconscious.
All creatures in range begin Burning, and any flammable object not worn is immediately set on fire and destroyed.
