Range: The caster may center the spell within 50 ft. (20 ft. square).
The caster creates a thick, icy surface on the ground. For the next minute, the 20 ft. square is considered Rough Terrain. All targets in range must make a contested Mystic roll against the Caster. For any target that fails the contest, the Caster makes another Mystic roll. The creature takes the dice total in Magical Damage, its feet are immediately encased in ice, and it is now Restrained.
At the beginning of each turn, the creature can make contested Strength rolls against the caster’s Intelligence to break free. On success, the creature uses its turn to break free of the ice. On failure, the caster makes another Mystic roll. The creature takes the dice total in Magical Damage and remains Restrained.
Any creature that is Wet when it is Restrained gains the Frozen condition.
Any creature that is Insulated ignores the Frozen condition, and takes half damage.
