The caster immediately conjures a 20ft tall, concussive wave that erupts from the ground and slams into a 30 ft. square. The spell cannot be dodged. All creatures in range must make a contested Strength roll against the caster’s Mystic roll. Targets that succeed the contested roll are pushed back 10ft, gain the Wet condition, take half damage, and are knocked Prone and Stunned. For any targets that fail the contested roll, the caster makes another Mystic roll. The target creature is pushed back 20ft, gains the Wet condition, takes 3x the dice total in Magical Damage, is knocked Prone and rendered Unconscious.
For the next minute, this area is Rough Terrain and any creature that ventures into the affected terrain both gain the Flame Resistant and Wet conditions.
