The caster directs ice into a wide ray. All targets in range, and all targets that begin their turn in the cone, must make a contested Dexterity roll against the caster’s Mystic roll. Any target that succeeds the contest may move freely through the spell, but the tiles affected by the spell become Rough Terrain. For any target that fails the contest, the Caster makes another Mystic roll. The creature takes 2x the dice total in Magical Damage and gains the Frozen Condition. Any target that succeeded the contest takes half of the Magical Damage. Any target that has the Insulated Condition takes half of the that damage.
If the creature is Wet when Frozen, the damage received is double the rolled damage.
The spell can last for one minute or until the caster loses Focus.
